STABOND C-111 is a high-strength synthetic-rubber-base adhesive formulated for brush application. It is an excellent general-purpose adhesive suitable for bonding metals, wood, glass, leather and most plastics including plasticized vinyls. Stabond C-111 exhibits excellent resistance to water, acids, alkalis, oil, gasoline and most solvents. Stabond C-111 is qualified to specifications: MMM-A-1617B Type 3, LCM 30-2086 Amendment 2, HMS 16-1149 Type 5, and 299-947-107 Type 2 Class 4. (applications include fuel bladder fabrication, general purpose contact adhesive)

STABOND C-148B is a 0 VOC fast drying, high strength adhesive formulated for brush application. It exhibits excellent resistance to plasticizer migration and is thus recommended for bonding most vinyls as well as other plastics and coated fabrics to themselves and to wood or metal. Stabond C-148B is highly resistant to water, acids, alkalis, oil, gasoline and most solvents. Typical 180° room temperature peel values with such substrates as supported films of vinyl, Hypalon and Tedlar range from 10 pli to over 20 pli. Qualified to DPM-6307. (applications include fuel resistant contact adhesive, anechoic chambers)

STABOND T-440C is a high coverage, high performance, sprayable neoprene contact adhesive developed to provide exceptional heat resistance and superior adhesion to wood, metal, and fiberglass reinforced panels. Stabond T-440C is particularly suitable for bonding decorative laminates and sandwich panels. It is specifically formulated for high temperature post-forming operations and exhibits excellent resistance to edge lift. (applications include aircraft decorative laminates).

STABOND NS-230TP SCH is a high-solids, sprayable adhesive formulated to provide fast, aggressive tack for bonding polyurethane foams, Ethafoam and lightweight fibrous insulation. STABOND NS-230TP SCH produces soft, non-dimpling bonds and is suitable for boxing, taping, splicing and laminating foams to themselves and to wood, metal and cloth. FAR 25.853 flammability standard (applications include aircraft seat fabrication)

STABOND V-36 is a protective coating which bonds well to metal, rubber, glass and fabric. A V-36 coated surface can be flexed 180º without cracking the coating or breaking the bond. It is abrasion resistant and is not affected by salt water, many cleaning solvents and extremes of temperature. It has proven resistant to moderate strength non-oxidizing acids. A .005” dip coat withstands 1500 volts without sparking or pitting.

STABOND W-720B is low-VOC water based acrylic black film-former, conductive coating with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including plastics, galvanized steel, previously painted or chalking surfaces. (applications foam coating ESD electronics and anechoic chamber absorbers).

Stabond Firewall 2K is a dual-component, high-temperature silicone sealant intended for use for sealing aircraft firewall structures against passage of air, vapors, and flames, but usage is not limited to such applications. It is effective at all temperatures from -65 to +400°F (-54 to +204°C) and is able to withstand flash temperatures of up to 2000°F (1093°C). Qualified to AMS3374.

Stabond Firewall 1K is a single-component high-temperature silicone sealant intended for use for sealing aircraft firewall structures against passage of air, vapors, and flames, but usage is not limited to such applications. It is effective at all temperatures from -65 to +400°F (-54 to +204°C) and is able to withstand flash temperatures of up to 2000°F (1093°C). Conformant to AMS3374.
